**Customer Success Manager****The Customer Success team helps the Wise Athena customers achieve value from ATHENA and our services and facilitates product adoption. This results in loyalty and therefore long-term customer retention.****Our Customer Success Manager is responsible to ensure the success of our clients, always helping them to become better.****In this role, you will have contact with clients and international teams in our company that support us to successfully manage our clients.****Responsibilities**- Develop and maintain a solid relationship of trust and respect with our customers based on value creation- Be the client's internal voice and in turn defend the interests of our company, ensuring a sustainable relationship over time- Build, analyze and evaluate optimized scenarios based on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning- Plan and support in workshops with clients to challenge them to be better at managing their business- Calendars management- Developing, implementing, and tracking customer health across departments to proactively combat customer churn and recognize opportunities***Qualifications**- **+3 years experience in a CPG company at a managerial position in RGM or related area.Proven experience in Revenue Growth Manager (RGM) as part of your CPG experience.**- Analytic with skills for numbers, customer management, problem solving and project management- BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, sales or relevant field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships- Strong analysis, insights generation and visualization skills, focusing on statistical and market research methodologies as an advantage- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, anticipate required activities/tasks- Full english speaking proficiency- Interest in international business and ability to contribute at a consistently high level.
