Remote Position - Full Time**About the Role**:We're seeking a driven and self-motivated problem solver with exceptionally strong communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships and client retention.

**What You'll Do**:- Being able to manage a large list of clients.Build long-lasting client relationships by clearly and concisely managing expectationsOnboard new clients.Proactively brainstorm and implement strategies to grow client accounts on Amazon and manage client expectationsEvaluate and analyze customer's needs.Internal account setup.Client negotiation and contract renewals.Work within software platforms such as Intentwise and ZonguruWork with other departments to accomplish overall, high level goalsPromote customer loyalty.Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients.Address client's escalations and solve them.Promote client's surveys.Keep a high-level view of AMZ's operation.Transition clients from onboarding to operations.Inform to the internal team client's health.
**Skills We're Seeking**:BA in Marketing, Business Development, Management, or other related studies3+ year with client account management2+ year with customer success positions.3+ year digital marketing or eCommerceAny level of experience with Amazon Seller and or Vendor Central is preferred but not requiredAbility to build and maintain client relationsActive listening and the ability to understand client needsProactive, go-getter mindset who functions well within a team setting but can work independentlyStrong ability to think outside the box, willingness to test new ideas, and develop and implement growth strategiesStrong time management skills and the ability to multitaskAbility and desire to learn new skills**Technologies We Use**:G-Suite: Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meets, Google Docs, Sheets, and SlidesMicrosoft: Word, Excel, and PowerPointIntentwiseSlackTeamworkZonguruZoom**Salary**: $28,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
