**Essential and desirable skills and experience**:
- The English language proficiency - intermediate level and higher (interview may be held in English);
- The Spanish language proficiency - native speaker or upper intermediate and higher;
- Experience of managing relationships with various partners and stakeholders;
- Willingness and ability to address system-wide problems (systematic problem-solving);
- Highly responsible and reliable, with a strong level of self-awareness;
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details;
- Experience of working in IT, marketing, advertising or audit will be a plus.
- Portuguese will be a plus but not obligatory
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Building high touch, consultative and strong relationships with our partners through regular and open communications
- Providing trainings and presentations on products, new features and motivational plan
- Training new partners onboard
- Assisting existing partners with prompt replies, helping them fully use the functionalities of the platform, dealing with payment issues, fines and legal related stuff
- Collaborating with various teams (e.g.,Strategic BP, Support, Finance, Legal) across company to ensure we fulfill customers' demand and helping partner succeed in business development
- Preparing recommendations for project performance improvement in response to the partner's feedback
