**Job Purpose**:A CSM is responsible for ensuring that customers are successful in using Rapido's services. They work as the main point of contact with the customers to understand their needs, manage requirements, provide training and support, and help them achieve their goals. The CSM is also responsible for guiding and coaching the leads who work for their customers to ensure success in their jobs.
**What will you be doing?**- Anticipate potential risks, issues or challenges that clients may face and proactively address before they escalate by developing mitigation strategies to minimize any negative impact on the client relationship or their satisfaction while looking after Rapido's business.
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams such as Finance, HR, Commercial, IT and Legal teams to align strategies and ensure employee satisfaction.
- Foster a sense of community among employees by facilitating growth opportunities, knowledge sharing, and improving work-life balance. While developing comprehensive plans and support to ensure employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with employees to demonstrate progress against agreed-upon objectives with the client and adjust strategies or tactics as needed to ensure success. Provide coaching regularly and create controls, review bonuses, commissions, remote work models, and other benefits for employees
- Develop a personalized onboarding process for clients and their employees according to their business needs and internal policies and procedures. Assure smooth transition into the operation.

**Requirements**:
- English level:C1
- Scholarship: Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience: leadership and Tier II + customer service needed.
- Must be proficient with Web software and familiar with Microsoft Office products - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
