.About the Role:We are seeking a driven and strategic Customer Success Manager (CSM) specializing in the brokerage of industrial parks and properties for industry use. Your main mission will be to create a comprehensive industrial/offices property listing from scratch, establishing our firm as a leading resource for industrial real estate solutions. In this role, you will source high-quality industrial/offices properties, build and manage a property database, and provide clients with tailored solutions that match their operational needs.Key Responsibilities:Property Listing Creation: Develop and launch a detailed listing of industrial/offices properties, focusing on manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, and industrial parks.Market Research & Analysis: Conduct extensive market research to identify available industrial/offices properties, understand market trends, and analyze opportunities in key regions.Property Sourcing: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, developers, and industrial park operators to secure premium listings.Database Management: Create and maintain an organized and comprehensive property database, capturing all key details such as specifications, lease terms, availability, and pricing.Client Support & Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the selection process, providing property recommendations, and offering insights on optimal solutions based on their industrial/offices requirements.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with property stakeholders, including facility managers and leasing agents, to ensure listings remain up-to-date and competitive.Project Management: Oversee the development and launch of the property listing from start to finish, ensuring timely completion while managing all related tasks.Sales Alignment: Work closely with sales and brokerage teams to align property offerings with client needs and develop strategies for successful transactions.Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to highlight key industrial/offices properties, develop marketing materials, and drive interest through targeted campaigns.Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of the listing, monitor client engagement, and analyze results to continuously refine and optimize the database.Requirements:Experience: 3-5 years of experience in customer success, property listing management, or industrial/offices real estate brokerage, with a focus on industrial parks and properties for manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the industrial/offices real estate market, including key property types, lease structures, and industry trends.Analytical Skills: Ability to perform market analysis, assess property viability, and translate findings into actionable listing strategies.Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects, including planning, execution, and reporting
