The role will provide product expertise and best practices consultation to ensure our retailers are getting the maximum valom the product. In addition, this role will be instrumental in soliciting in-markedbaom retailers to help the product development roadmap.We only want the best and if you are looking to work withst growing and stable American company then this position r you.-Role and Responsibilities-- Work with retailers to initiate product onboarding sessions Guide retailers through the initial setup of the chat platform including configuration of product settings, demonstrations of katures anctionality and consultation on best practices. Development and ongoing management of product onboarding/Confidencial materials, including documentation, demo videos, etc. Proactively communicate with retailers post-implementation to ensure product adoption, understand and remediate any issues they are having, as well as solicedback on potential arer product improvement Collaborate with the product development team to ensure you hall understanding of platform capabilities, as well as be an inpr roadmap recommendations. Perform Level suppor retailer-reported issues and effectively hand off higher level technical issues to help desk/product development teams to ensure timely resolution Work closely with the Account Team to ensure aconsistent and collaborative approach to managing the retailer Analyze performance data (usage, engagement, conversion impact, etc.) and make recommendations to optimize the productWe offer some of the best benefits and compensation available in the markr talented and energetic people:
