**About the Role**: Customer Success Manager, Media and Dealer Solutions

**The Team**: The Industry Performance Product Management Customer Success Team is comprised of solutions-oriented, collaborative product delivery professionals. Through industry insights and product consulting, we bring strategic ideas to our internal and external clients. Through timelines, documentation, and internal and external communication, we ensure positive customer outcomes.

The Customer Success Team is that of true sales enablement. We remove barriers to product fulfillment and actively assist Sales in the discovery process to help clients articulate their goals and provide solutions. We provide frictionless facilitation to deliver successful, valuable outcomes and results.

This position is slated for U.S. coverage and will be partnered with our Automotive OEM/Agency Sales team.

**Responsibilities and Impact**:
**Become an expert on your clients**: their objectives, needs, and working style
Conduct prospective client demonstrations
Manage onboarding activities
Attend all meetings, compiling recaps and action items to maintain momentum
Running status meetings as needed
Work with product help desk to obtain and distribute user credentials
Coordinate onboarding training(s)
Manage follow-up engagements (insights, best practice recommendations, etc.)
Run point with internal resources to solve client issues, ensuring themes are communicated

**What We're Looking For**:
**Basic Required Qualifications**:
**University/College Graduate**: Business, Marketing, Communications or similar
Strong knowledge of, and/or interest in, the Automotive industry
Strong written and oral communication skills
Detail-oriented, driven by organization and efficiency

**Additional Preferred Qualifications**:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
An aptitude to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment
The ability to build strong working relationships in a collaborative setting
