.**About the Role**:**Grade Level (for internal use)**: 08**About the Role**: Customer Success Manager, Media and Dealer Solutions**The Team**: The Industry Performance Product Management Customer Success Team is comprised of solutions-oriented, collaborative product delivery professionals. Through industry insights and product consulting, we bring strategic ideas to our internal and external clients. Through timelines, documentation, and internal and external communication, we ensure positive customer outcomes.The Customer Success Team is that of true sales enablement. We remove barriers to product fulfillment and actively assist Sales in the discovery process to help clients articulate their goals and provide solutions.
