You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle client tenders, review contract specifications, resolve disputes, and assist in the billing process. You will play a key role in driving customer retention, improving overall volume handling, and ensuring invoice quality.Key Responsibilities:Customer Relationship ManagementCustomer Success PlanningDispute resolutionCross-functional CollaborationPrepare Client TendersReview Contract SpecificationsBilling issue resolutionThe Basics:Academic Background: High School Diploma or Equivalent Job ExperienceYears of Experience: 6 months client facing relatedSoftware: ERP and Excel Intermediate (Pivot Tables & Formulas)Technical Skills: Handle 30 Daily Calls (average)English Level: B2Competencies:Learning SkillsWritten communication SkillsProblem SolvingAnalytical SkillsCustomer FocusedAttention to detailAdaptabilityAvailability:The Customer Success Partner must have full availability from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, during the first three months for onboarding.
