**Customer Success Representative Mexico**

**Duties and Key Responsibilities**
- Process orders, expedite orders, and provide order confirmations to customers
- Support Sales Account Managers
- Give customers advice & information about products, provide sales information, and handle complaints
- Maintain customer information within company databases
- Answer and log incoming telephone calls in system
- Participate in daily MBU (Mini business unit) team meeting
- Continually monitor the current company processes and suggest improvements, where needed
- Collaborate daily with various other departments, such as finance, operations, logistics, and supply chain
- Perform miscellaneous projects, administrative tasks, or general office duties as required by manager

**Experience**
- English fluency is required, written and verbal
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service and sales administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with an ERP system is a plus Traits & Abilities
- Customer-Centric o Exhibits strong customer service skills
