**Responsibilities**:1. Manage the comprehensive onboarding for all new Clients to ensure customers receive high satisfaction with the accomplishment of an excellent experience2. Liaison with our team to present feedback and improvements to internal processes related to Onboarding, and escalate any situation to comply with successful implementations3. Ensure all onboarding of New Customers deliverables meet and exceed the Client's expectations4. Identify opportunities for process improvement to work closely with stakeholders to create an ever-improving customer experience5. Lead and Coordinate to all our organization and other stakeholders to implement the Transition Plan in an effective and timely manner6. Coordinate an effective training program for our Clients7. Participate in Inside Sales for business development and meetings with prospective Clients to determine the Business Proposal and follow up**Qualifications**:1. Advanced communication skills with the ability to prepare & present strategic service model recommendations to stakeholders6. An ownership mentality to interact with stakeholders and provide customer satisfaction at all levels7. Ability to manage conflict and gain alignment to present clear expectations, roles, and/or team dynamics8.
