Based in San Francisco with offices worldwide, Frontdesk Anywhere serves customers in more than 45 countries.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you must be able to contribute in the following areas:
Delivering online training sessions to individual customersProviding post-sales technical supportOngoing technical account management to your assigned accountsOnboarding of new customers and helping ensure all training sessions are completed in a timely mannerKey Skills and Qualifications3 – 5 years customer support or account management experience, preferably in the hotel or travel industryStrong problem-solving skills and desire to find the issue behind the problemPersonable professional who is a relationship-builder and excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleaguesExperience working with online tools and applicationsCustomer-facing experience through live phone and email contactSkills in presenting and demonstrating softwareAbility to multi-task and quickly change directions based on the priority of issues at handStrong technology background using web-based software systemsPrimary ResponsibilitiesProvide efficient and prompt customer follow-up on unresolved issuesCoordinate efforts with other support teams when necessaryEducate customers on the Frontdesk Anywhere products and training resources availableIdentify and communicate critical issues quickly and escalate to appropriate points of contactKeep up-to-date with frequently changing processes and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedBonus PointsShould be proficient with CRM system basics and conceptsExperience in testing applications and providing feedbackNot be afraid of picking up the phone and calling customersLocationMexico, Remote
