We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist who will:Develop a sustainable relationship with companiesPosition Clara as the most important spend management companyBe responsible for managing and prospecting new companiesDevelop sell-in, sell-out, and portfolio analysisExecute sales and marketing plans with partners to drive the businessAct as the commercial contact with existing and new clients.Our requirements for this position are:5+ years of proven experience working as KAM/CSS in a B2B modelStructured thinking and high focus on resultsEnglish professional proficiencyInnovative mindset and receptive to changesExperience in the financial, banking, or insurance sector will be a plusExperience in managing ERP connections, financial budgeting, and models to have conversations at CFO levelAbility to develop strong relationships at the C-level of enterprise companies to become a financial consultantWe value:Clarity - Open and direct communication
