At Arrow, we're looking for a Customer Support Associate Manager for Value Added Orders in our Nogales, Sonora or Guadalajara Offices.In this position, you'll have the opportunity to contribute individually and as a team member in providing a great experience to our customers through order management for light manufacturing, handling the end to end process.**Job Description**:**What you will be doing**- You will be working in our Value Added Service side.- You must be taking care of our end-to-end process to never stop the progression of our light manufacturing.- You will be providing support and you need to keep updated the Inside Sales Representatives and Customers- You must work with asset to process or expedite critical components in order to never stop the building process and ensure customer requirements are met- SWAPS- You must be working with Internal Requisitions - IR - ISO- You must be working with Allocations / Constraints Materials- You must be working with BOMs- Manage the Order Management Team, overseeing and resolving a variety of complex operational and administrative issues.- Manage customer service staff, responding to customer escalations and performance issues of the department.- You must keep an efficient Backlog Management- Keep an efficient productivity- Measure your team in regular basis using the right Key Performance Indicators - KPI's- Data compilation, comparison, and analysis- You must be pulling reports from our Business Intelligence - BI system.- Build Executive Quarters Reports- Teamwork- Compliance- Provide assistance and direction to other stakeholders in the supply chain process to discover / eliminate inefficiencies or adjustments involving the customer and/or Arrow**Job Complexity**- Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business or technical support or production team- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion, coordinates work activities with other supervisors- Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions- Accountable for the results of Value Added - Order Management team- Solves problems based on practice and precedent- Trains team members and provides input to employee performance evaluations- Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision**What You'll Need**- Typically requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience.- Industry experience is preferred in a similar field- Communication skills- Teamwork-oriented.- Ability to communicate fluently in English is a must.- Must be familiarized with BOMs- Must be familiarized with ERP systems - Oracle is a plus- Must be familiarized with Business Intelligent - BI systems- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must
