Responsibilities include order entry, end-to-end order fulfillment, and process optimization with the support of SAP (ERP).**Your responsibilities**:1. Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end process of order fulfillment from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders2. Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including planning, logistics, and sales teams, to ensure compliance with the service level established by the client, to achieve the organization's sales objectives.3. Order Accuracy: Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of order fulfillment activities, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to prevent future errors.4. Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in the order fulfillment process.5. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and streamline order processing workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce order touches, and improve customer satisfaction.6. Reporting: Perform service level reporting7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards related to order fulfillment and customer requirements.**The experience we're looking for**:- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field is preferred.- SAP experience preferred.- 2+ year's relevant experience- Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) are critical for success.- Ability to multi-task effectively while working in a fast paced and outcome driven environment
