Customer Support And Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a **Customer Support Representative/Marketing Assistant **to join our cloud software company. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving inquiries, and supporting marketing initiatives.**Responsibilities**:- Provide customer service by investigating and resolving inquiries such as account and user updates, user errors, etc. Perform password resets, brand updates, and account list/ad zone updates.- Maintain and cleanse Hubspot data, including customer lists and duplicates. Collaborate with the Customer Success team, including assisting with training schedules. Track daily statistics.- Manage Tier 1 customer service tickets and escalate Tier 2 issues or bugs.**Requirements**:- Proven problem-solving and customer service skills.- 1-3 years of experience in B2B support for SaaS products.- Excellent customer service and strong writing skills.
