**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**- 1. Maintain Art Glass Accounts within OGT Policies & Procedures - Enter purchase orders & send order acknowledgements. Manage changes associated with glass orders and provide open order summarys when needed. Order database cleanup and maintenance. Collaborate with the US Sales Team regarding daily account management, including but not limited to order status, change orders, and inventory management. Respond to inquiries regarding inventory, lead times, order status, & shipping information. Maintain customer contacts and account details.2. Compile external Inventory Lists to be distributed to AG Customers Weekly and other reports as needed.3. Art Glass MX Liaison - Collaborate with the production, planning, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure accurate and timely communication regarding availability and shipments.4. Assist the Sales Team with efforts to meet quarterly sales quotas for Art Glass accounts.5. Coordinator for Art Glass Special Projects and Trade Shows - Responsible for communicating and overseeing the fullfillment of special order material, promotional products and packaging requirement.6. Other duties as assigned by the Manager.**Experiência y requisitos**- REQUIRED COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES - Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. Proficient in standard business office software (Google business suite, Teams, MS Office, Epicor or alike ERO systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills- Fluency in written and verbal English. Proficient in excel, able to create reports, pivot tables and extract informaiton as needed. Ability to interact and with customers and provide excellent customer service when required. Able to communicate changes and help drive sales based on Production Plan Sales opportunities. Provide Sales department support with Customer shipment ETA based on product availabilty and manufacturing dates.POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED WORK HOURS- This position may require after hours availability to follow up and provide support to manufacturing & international sales.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE- Associates degree and a minimum of 1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Possess passport in order to be able to visit facility in Carlsbad, CA. Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to see clearly up-close.
