He participates in daily gate review meetings, helps analyze technical shop findings reports from subcontracted repair vendors, and elaborates engine condition reports. Additionally, he prepares weekly status reports and, if required by the customer, reports on repaired and replaced parts, while also supporting other functions related to the shop visit follow-up.The Customer Support Engineer is evaluated and reports directly to the account engine owner leader of each program, and functionally to the Customer Support Manager.The OJT and objectives revision must be done twice a year under the same scheme as for the engine owners. The objectives evaluation will be conducted by the EO leader of the program to which he is assigned.GPEC and OJT are to be designed specifically for this new position, and their development career path is as follows:

- Customer Support Engineer advanced (Sr.)
- Option to eventually be appointed as EO.Complementary DescriptionProcess and elaborate inspection reports, Borescopic Inspections, and inventories.Analyze exchange proposals and manage customer approvals.Manage the engines stands repair process.Update databases such as SSO's, Monitoring Tool, Inductions, Power BI, Docuware.Create and launch Sales Orders in SAP.Prepare shop visit status reports and engines condition.Attend Gates review, Production, and Genba meetings.Understand instructions and commercial guidelines.Maintain KPIs updated.Job RequirementsSpecificity of the jobNA#J-18808-Ljbffr
