We welcome people in search of a challenge that enjoy working in a multi-cultural, fast-paced environment.**What will you do?**- Solve customer support tickets- Own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues, using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices and transparency within and across teams- Ensure all relevant information about the issue has been documented- Provide suggestions on process improvements by collecting and analyzing metrics- Identify cases that require escalation (either technically or strategically)- Provide recommendations on next steps based on situational analysis- Learn new technologies to help the team explore new solutions to existing problems- Drive technical collaboration & engagement among other teams in the company**Requirements**:- What do we expect from you?_- 2+ years of experience in a customer facing or customer support role with troubleshooting and problem-solving experience with the ability to use various data collection tools and methodologies to analyze problems, determine root cause and develop solutions in a team environment- B.S. degree in C.S. (or similar degree) or equivalent experience- Passion for customer experience- Experience with ticketing tools- Language: Spanish and English (native or full professional proficient), ability to work with other cultures- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)- You are a doer, proactive, and adaptable with the ability to work independently- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment- Comfortable learning new technologies- Comfortable following procedures and best practices- Comfortable dealing with customers via phone, videocalls and remote sessions- Programming experience with NodeJS will be a plus**Benefits**- What do we offer?_- A welcoming team that is open to share and help you grow- The opportunity to execute and implement your own ideas and initiatives- **Schedule**: To be determined- **Salary**: To be determined based on experience and skillTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- In a customer facing or customer support role: 2 años (Obligatorio)- B.S. degree in C.S. or similar: 1 año (Obligatorio)- Ticketing tools: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés Professional Level (Obligatorio)
