**Job Title**:Self-Storage Customer Support Representative (100% Remote LatinAmerica)**_HireLatam is a premier recruitment agency that connects exceptional talent in Latin America with outstanding opportunities in the United States. _**Our client is a fast growing self-storage owner and operator. They currently own and operate 8 locations with more on the way in the coming weeks and months.They are looking to hire a HIGH ENERGY customer support representative to be part of their growing self storage company. The position is full-time.You will be answering the phone calls of current tenants and potential tenants. You must be so nice to our callers so as to collect payments, convert leads to rentals, and earn 5-star Google reviews!Expanding upon your CSR role, you are also responsible for maintaining, following and updating processes and procedures.**Duties and Responsibilities**- Take calls from tenants and prospective customers. Delight our customers, solve their problems, help them rent units, and earn 5-star reviews.- Record quick, detailed call notes in our property management software, Hummingbird- Provide weekly updates on leads & new sales closed**Skills and Requirements**- At least 1 year of experience in sales, at least 2 years of experience in customer support- Nice to have: At least 2 years of experience in self-storage or property management- Nice to have: previous experience using Hummingbird, Google products and OpenPhone- Ownership mentality: feels like the owner of the company, and wants it to do well, and is obsessed with making sure deals are being closed weekly- Ability to work in a fast-growing start up environment- Loves sales and is results driven- Be COACHABLE - be open to receiving feedback and making changes on the go- Problem solve before escalating issues- Excellent native-like communication skills (English spoken and written)- Ability to be so kind, friendly, and bubbly that our customers hang up with a smile on their face!- Ability to earn 5-star reviews based on your exuberant attitude- Reliable internet/WiFi and excellent audio quality with mínimal to zero background noise- You must be very organized, detail oriented- You must be located in LatinAmerica**Payment**:Monthly salary: $1300 USDPayments are processed and sent weekly via Wise**Schedule**:8am - 6pm Monday-Friday EST (US)**Application Disclaimer: Please Read Before Proceeding
