That's why our Customer Support Team has an in-depth knowledge of our company products and programs to help our customers succeed. We're looking for a motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team and guide the customer experience with Printful.Your daily tasks will include:- Giving customers a positive impression of Printful by providing prompt, accurate, kind, and responsive replies- Supporting our customers on a variety of issues that includes managing their orders, setting up their stores and ecommerce platforms, understanding our tools, and promoting their businesses- Representing Printful values and communication style in all customer interactions- Providing customers with any needed follow-up details, documentation, or confirmation- Working closely with team members and other departments to make sure customer issues are resolved timely and thoroughly- Compiling statistics and preparing reports for the Customer Support Team management to measure individual and overall team successWhat you'll bring:High school diploma or GED equivalent- 1-2 years of previous experience in online customer support- A track record of meeting goals and quotas- A genuine interest in IT and ecommerce- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and practicesIn this role, we'll expect you to:Have strong communication and active listening skills- Strive to learn and grow professionally- Have a positive working attitude- Remain cool and collected while corresponding with customers- Have a customer-centered approach to problem-solving- Work well with mínimal supervision- Multi-task, prioritize, and manage your time efficiently- Be adaptable to different situationsWhat we offer:- The convenience of working remotely- Competitive pay and benefits: health, dental, vision, and life insurance- 401k with company match- Personal and professional development opportunities- A fun and engaging position in a fast-paced environmentPrintful is growing
