We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an **English and Spanish Customer Support Representative**. This role will involve providing exceptional support to our English and French-speaking customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide basic technical support to customers.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends if required.
