We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an **English and Spanish Customer Support Representative**.
This role will involve providing exceptional support to our English and French-speaking customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.- Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide basic technical support to customers.- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.- Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless customer service delivery.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service.- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.Qualifications:- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends if required.- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
