Cargobase is looking for a **Customer Support Representative **to help us build a center of excellence in Mexico. The Cargobase Transportation Management System transforms how thousands of industry professionals worldwide process logistics. We help customers across many sectors, including automotive, semiconductors, electronics, and oil & gas, to improve their transportation management.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our Transportation Management System. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting functional issues, and advocating for their needs within the organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate and efficient resolution to customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system, ensuring thorough and accurate record-keeping.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other support resources to empower customers and enhance self-service capabilities.
**Job Requirements**
- 1-3 year work experience is preferred; we will consider fresh graduates
- _Experience in 1 or several of the following: logistics, freight forwarding, customer service, and SaaS user support._
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Passion for consistently delivering great customer experience
