You will maintain excellent communication and working relationships with all departments within the company to ensure transparency on priorities and sales team and Customer care requirements.
You will provide clear commitment dates and resolve all Customer inquiries through research and coordination with the relevant departments.You will be problem-solving daily and helping customers with use cases that push what is technically possible.
You will act as the voice of the Customer internally to communicate feedback and requests to a cross-functional product team.
