In addition, this person must have the confidence to make quick and accurate decisions, use independent judgment on unfamiliar customer needs, foster great customer relationships, and have the ability to determine when inquiries should be escalated.Primary Responsibilities:Communicate and resolve inquiries with customers via emailAssist in checking the customer's order status/no refunds/exchangesUpdate customer informationKeep customer records up to dateReport recurring issues and trendsPrepare and ship customer care packages, gift cards, and other correspondence as neededRespond to customers in a timely and respectful mannerTreat customers the way they would like to be treated, striving to make a positive difference in their livesUphold the policies of the E-Commerce/Merchandising department as stated in the Customer Care Help CenterQualifications:Any Bachelor's DegreeStrong written communication skillsAbility to be patient, express empathy, and concernIndependent thinker; able to make meaningfuldecisions based on each situationExcellent follow-up skills and 100% follow-through on commitmentsResult and action-oriented, resourcefulStrong work ethic, highly motivated, upbeat personality, team playerAbility to analyze and report on trends and issuesReliable attendance historyAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekendsStrong computer skills; Microsoft Office, Internet search skillsMust be able to work a flexible schedule in different time zones between 30 to 40 hours a week#J-18808-Ljbffr
