Primary Responsibilities:Become an expert on the product, knowing all the specifics of its functioning.Provide first-level support to customers via email and/or chat in a timely and professional manner.Responding to customer needs.Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.Provide cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner.Utilize various Helpware and client-based tools and applications for customer support.Fully dedicated to a 40 hour work week with shifting schedules.Other related tasks assigned by managers of the Clients and/or HelpwareQualifications:Soft SkillsProactive and Empathetic approach; PatienceEmotional intelligenceResiliencyProblem-solving skills; Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters; Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Hard SkillsBasic computer skillsExcellent verbal and/or written knowledge of the required languageEducation.High school diploma or equivalentWork Experience1+ year of experience in any customer service areaTechnical SkillsExperience working with CRM, any ticket system is preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
