**Position Overview**:As a Customer Service Representative, you will address various customer inquiries in a personalized, friendly, and informative manner, providing an exceptional customer experience.
**Primary Responsibilities**:- Provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.- Analyze problems and determine resolutions.- Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and accountability- Other duties as assigned, essential or otherwise**Qualifications**:- Full-time availability- Intermediate/advanced English Level- Experience in customer service working with different contact channels- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish- The third Language will be considered a plus- Full-time availability, including night shifts and weekends- Solid understanding of Internet Technologies and Microsoft OfficePay: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per monthCOVID-19 considerations:Work Environment:As the COVID-19 pandemic and the different levels of quarantine continue to threaten our future, our commitment to our people remains.
