_We are looking for a customer support team member to help our users with_- questions about our apps during weekdays (daily 9-hour shift including break_- time)_**Responsibilities**- Answering questions about features and documenting any technical issues, and passing them on to the development team- Creating support tickets for developer team- Clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.- Responding promptly to customer inquiries- Collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs to get insights for current/ future products or services- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customers**Salary explainer**:- $600: if you have no idea what you are doing but are motivated and fulfill all criteria- $700 relevant experience in online customer support, very high reliability- $800 high efficiency in getting reviews, high knowledge of customer support- $900 able to handle complex customer support issues, efficient in delivering customer insights to other teams in the appropriate format and time- $1000 is if you can do everything already that we need you to do --- so basically skipping a few development steps.**Commission**: Based on the reviews you get.**Note**:There is more money to be made once they take more responsibility****Salary**: From $600.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Azcapotzalco, CDMX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
