The Customer Support Specialist is the first point of contact for customers and business partners of the Electrification Business in Mexico.
In this role and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the business team by reacting to customer inquiries.
**This position reports to**:
Project Operations Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Delivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue.
- Monitoring the status of orders.
- Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification.
- Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor´s degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Administrator, Mechatronics Engineering or similar.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service.
- Green Belt or experience leading-executing six sigma projects.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing, Quality & Electrical testing Process.
- Mechanical & Electrical Drawings Knowledge.
- Manage of Quality Core Tools.
- Leadership, Proactive, Work under pressure & decision making.
- Advanced English.
