Engage internal customers and drive efficient services in various administrative areas like quote creation and order entry.**This position reports to**:Local Product Group Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Performs order accuracy through preparation of quotes and orders within BOL and SAP.- Ensures relevant processes, policies and procedures are correctly implemented and makes suggestions for continuous improvements.- Oversees the delivery of services by external providers in line with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for supported business units and report any shortcomings and areas for improvement.**Your background**:- Associates degree or Bachelor's degree.- 2+ years of experience in customer service/order entry or a related field required.- MS Office experience preferred.- Previous experience in SAP and Salesforce (or similar CRM).- Fluent in Spanish & English.- Call center and/or chat customer services experince.- An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues.- Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service.**More about us**:
