Customer Support Specialist I - Digital Brokerage

Perform time-sensitive, front-line, customer and carrier-facing work by scheduling appointments- Communicate with and provide feedback to the account operations team to improve on or create new scheduling processes- Empowered participation in the development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes- Build and schedule loads in our systems- Provide top-tier customer service and schedule all appointments in a timely manner- Support fast-paced, centralized operational account operations- Process improvement- Process improvement- Communicate with and provide feedback to the account operations team to improve on or create new scheduling processes- Empowered participation in the development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes- Other responsibilities as assignedBasic qualifications- 12 months work experience with customer interaction and communication- Excellent English language skills - verbal and written- Bachelor's degree complete**Experience**: Required- 1 year(s): 12 months work experience with customer interaction and communication**Education**: Preferred- Bachelor or better**Skills**: Required- Bilingual English/Spanish
