This role in our Monterrey Center of Excellence supports our US Transportation Management Operations. This team is responsible for financial accuracy and adherence to customer processes in our transportation management system (TMS). The team also generates and implements ideas for process and system improvements that lead to improved carrier and customer experiences.

**What you'll do**
- Collaborate closely with accounts payable, operations, and account management to streamline and improve accounting-related functions.
- Rebill request: Generate new bills with correct discounts and pricing when suppliers are billed in error.
- Resolve payment disputes.
- Audit weekly detention and storage invoices for validity and approval.
- Work with carriers and Managers to audit and escalate any billing discrepancies and trends.

**Basic requirements**
- Bachelor's degree complete and one year of customer-facing work experience - or - bachelor degree in progress and two years of customer-facing work experience - or - 3+ years of customer-facing work experience.
- Advanced English - verbal and written.

**Skills**
- Microsoft Excel, formulas, tables, etc.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem-solving.
