**Descripción y Requisitos**

Location**:Juarez, Tijuana, Guadalajara

Be responsible for the Mexican customs affairs management, supporting group business units to make import/export business running smoothly, managing group customs risk and protecting group benefit.
1.
Working standard development to compliance with Mexican customs law & regulations and risk management

2.
Study Mexican import/export policy and issue related report in time.
3.
Get local preferential customs policies for the Group business.
Coordinate business with Mexican customs office.
4.
Customs qualification and certification for the group's Mexican IOR companies

5.
Mexican Customs affairs SOP set up and system planning management.
6.
Standardized management of group Mexican customs duties and customs clearance fees

7.
Management of customs brokers and KPI

8.
Assist business units in handling customs clearance problem or special issue.
**Requirements**:
1.
8~10 years working experience in logistics, customs affairs, international trade etc.
2.
Be familiar with Mexican ports business, customs law & regulation and market situation.
3.
Rich experience of local customs operation, planning, management and negotiation.
4.
Good at team management and coordination.
5.
Logistics, customs affairs, international trade or management relative majors will be adopted in advance.
6.
Language skill: Fluent in English & Mandarin

7.
Good at office software.
