.**_Job Summary_**Customs Analyst provide support to import and export raw material, finish goods, equipment and supplies needed for production process, within the compliance frameworks.**_Job Responsibilities_**- Generate customs documentation for import & export.- Coordinate Scrap & hazmat shipments.- Monitor and collaborate with the company's Customs Brokers/Freight Forwarders for Customs Clearance of imports.- Coordinate border carrier.- Support in pedimentos payment activities.- Analyze information necessary to comply with customs reporting requirements or department metrics to identify and suggest areas for improvement.- Recordkeeping as outlined within company procedures.- Assist in the creation of internal Import/Export Compliance procedures.- Perform activities to prevent or correct any discrepancies on the data transmitted to the authority.- Maintain and updated fixed assets database.- Application of Regla 8va, Prosec, USMCA Certification.- Support in Anexo 31 & 24 activities.LI-AR7**Qualifications**:**_ Qualifications_**- Preferred education level:_- Bachelor's degree.- Years and area of experience required:_- Minimum experience of 3-5 years in Customs/Traffic.- Technical knowledge:_- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- MX / US Customs Regulations- Customs Software- ERP Systems- English 60%.- Soft skills:_- Thinks and Acts Strategically.- Gets Results.What you will get from usEaton's mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
