Customs Analyst

**Prepare virtual import and export operations (Invoice, Packing, Bill of Lading,... documents, arrival and departure schedules );**
**- Fixed asset import and export operations and audits**
**- Communicate with brokers to guarantee declaration compliance on a day to day base;**
**- Check Brokers import and export declaration vs Customs Instruction, Invoices, Transport Documents, Origin Certificate**
**- Organise and manage efficient document filling process;**
**- Check Customs and movements traceability in the ERP;**
**- Determine customs regime and customs instructions in line with the authorities's requests;**
**- Collect and archive Supplier's Fiscal situation declaration**
**- Support Supply Chain team in shipment activities;**
**- Participate in customs continuous improvement workshops and flows**
