We are currently searching for Customs and Logistic Specialist to join our team in Mexico.
This role will be responsible for: General Responsibilities Overall US Customs Compliance Administration of US OEM Portal Logins for Region Value Content Requests Support to the US plants on the COO's or Region Value Content Requests USMCA COO's AALA content request CAFÉ content requests Development of a Finished Goods Catalog for US Customs Weekly Consolidated Broker Invoice Review Implementation of Monthly Periodic Statements with US Customs for Duty Payment Export Declarations HTS Code Determinations Temporary Import Bond Reconciliation C-TPAT Support for the US locations Ocean Shipment Booking, Tracking, and Reporting Prepare and submit customs documentation.
Manage customs procedures (import, export, transit).
Coordinate with customs authorities.
Comply with customs regulations and standards.
Resolve customs disputes.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: 3+ years in logistics and customs.
Experience in international trade industries.
Skills: Knowledge of customs and logistics regulations.
Excellent communication and coordination.
Problem analysis and resolution.
Time management and prioritization.
Knowledge of logistics and customs software.
Knowledge: Customs regulations (FTA, USMCA, etc.).
International logistics (Incoterms, etc.).
