Customs Assistant

Company Description**Job Description**:Summary:Owns the importation procedure for aircraft parts, materials, machinery and equipment. Responsible for the documents required for exportations.**Primary Accountabilities**:- Responsible for the Import process and support the Export requirements.- Responsible for identifying and complying with import/export regulatory documentation and process standards set by external entities- Maintain customs systems data integrity.- Collate information from Annex 24 & 30- Perform web portal Annex 24 and 30 reports and maintenance.**Qualifications**:**Minimum Requirements**:**Education**:Bachelor Degree- 6 months of experience on customs documentation (invoices, shipment notes, petitions).- English (80% conversational and written).- Skills in MS OFFICE, extensive knowledge in customs laws, trade agreements and customs legislation.
