- Management and execution of reports for the reconciliation of inventories related to Annex 24 and Annex 31.
- Execute the corresponding actions to keep the company in compliance with current certifications and accredited programs. such as IMMEX, PROSEC, and VAT certification.
- Analyze the BOM to qualify the finished products to meet the criteria of international.
- Detect possible customs problems, propose and execute solutions before the authority detects them.
- Provide support for SAT Customs and maquiladora audits, and act as the primary point of contact for all trade compliance matters.
- Responsible for avoiding fines and surcharges in the area of foreign trade.
- Obtain, review and file the certificates of origin from the TMEC and the sworn statement of the suppliers of raw materials.
- Reconcile with the American Customs Agency the correct payment of taxes when the finished product is imported into the United States of America
- Submit the IMMEX annual report.
- Generate the INEGI report.
