When you add that to the challenges we take on and solve together, you'll discover that at HARMAN you can grow, make a difference and be proud of the work you do every day.**Responsibilities**:- Record-Keeping Retention administration,- CTPAT -OEA requirements- Administration of Software for Customs Purposes,- Coordination of Import/ Export procedures,- Documentation and Legal reporting as RAOCE, INEGI, IMMEX, PROSEC, Rule 8th, among others.- Provide Instructions to Brokers, and VoBo revisions.- Customs Paperwork preparation codes (F4, F5, R1, V1, A3, V5)- Update for the catalog of customs codes and follow-up classification of items- Provide support on Virtual transferences Customs paperwork process.- Coordinate certificate of origin collection and filing.- Elaborates daily, weekly, and monthly reports.- Customs Compliance electronic file analysis and audit- And other activities assigned by Supervisor**Qualifications**:- Integrity.- Innovation.- Inclusion.- Teamwork & Respect.- International Business, Finance or Administration Degree.- +3 years of experience in Customs Compliance related field.- Knowledge of Customs Legislation- Able to communicate in English (Intermediate level)- Microsoft Office, Excel Intermediate,- Communication Skills,- Problem Solving Skills,- SAP Software,- Customs Software such as SAC, CODICE, PRISMA, I-XPORT, and others.- Knowledge of IMMEX program management,- Knowledge of IVA IEPS Certifications**Other Skills**- Leadership- Proactive- Responsibility- Teamwork- Change Orientation- Results-Oriented- Analytical- Emotional Intelligence- Excellent Attitude**Eligibility Requirements**:- Willingness to work in an office.- Visa- Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.
