This individual will provide FTA qualification of goods. The role requires professional communication with team members, clients, suppliers and government representatives. What we can offer you Competitive salary, benefits package above lawA friendly, collaborative work environmentOpportunities for professional development & ongoing learningA chance to be part of a growing organizationYou will be responsible for:Complete FTA determinations and reviewsIdentify solicitation and classification workload needed for qualificationAssistance on Trade Program projects, audits and verification programsReviews and maintains database integrityUtilizing various client and Buckland provided software to organize and manage workloadCreate reports, and may assist in drafting compliance processes and related work instructionsProvides broker and client assistance with FTA document supportLiaison with significant business partners on Customs compliance issuesOngoing effective and diplomatic internal and external customer serviceOther duties and responsibilities related to compliance activitiesWhat we need from you:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university3 years qualification experience with expert knowledge of FTA Rules of Origin and RVC calculationsUS Customs broker's license and/or CCS designation preferred but not requiredSelf-motivated with good organizational and decision making skillsProfessional and articulate communication abilities, above average written communication abilities; mature demeanorGood research and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and organization skillsGood team and leadership skillsDetail orientedExcellent problem solving, research and analytical skillsStrong team player with the ability to work independentlyWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel and Access (preferred)Ability to travel when needed (up to 10%)Fluent English is required.Want to apply?
