ZF Chassis Modules is your perfect choice!We are looking to hire a Material Customs Freight Specialist to join our team at Toluca.What you can look forward to as Material Customs Freight Specialist:The Material Customs Freight will be responsible for managing the supply chain of materials in an adequate manner, with the objective of maintaining on-time deliveries to the customer and the supply of the production line, always monitoring the correct execution of the customs guidelines applicable to ZF administration, as well as taking care of the logistics costs.Position Responsibilities:Updating Foreign Trade applicable to ZF Toluca.Follow-up of import/export operations by air, sea, and land.Validation of invoices for virtual operations.Search for information from BILL of Materials for the correct tariff classification.Support to Central Customs for Trade operations.Customs and foreign trade window procedures.Monitoring to STTAS for trade requirements.Update and review of Logistics operations report.Review and follow up of national and international collections.Audits to carriers with their respective semi-annual evaluation.Support in the implementation of NEES.Elaboration of Logistics Metrics for performance and cost monitoring.Support in customer deliveries (FCA).Maintain freight cost in relation to annual projections (minimum of expedited).Sending of weekly collection plan (national/USA).Elaboration of Bills of Lading.Review documents required for the operation (commercial invoice, packing list, letter of instructions, certificates of origin).Your profile as Material Customs Freight Specialist:Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or equivalent (preferred), Eng.Required experience: Import and export experience (minimum 2 years).Specific knowledge: Supply Chain, logical-mathematical reasoning, negotiation skills, supplier management, data analysis, effective communication skills, customer service
