**Job Description**:
Ensure timely and accurate customs clearance process and manage information correctly, while providing an exceptional customer service following compliance policies.
Qualifications**
Knowledge**:
- A good understanding of Expeditors' Products and Services
- Understanding of Customs documentation and process.
- Bachelor´s degree in International business (preferred).
- Knowledge of Mexican customs law (preferred).
**Skills**:
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
- Pro-active, strong organizational skills.
- Good Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Sense of Urgency.

Additional Information
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring timely customer's shipment through all the process flow.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system.
- Use the local customs workboard on daily basis
- Understand customers business to achieve their requirements.
- Contribute to maintain good relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Always meet compliance to regulations internal and external in accordance with government regulations.
- Understand department process flow and look for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are in place and updated in Customer SOP.
- Meet KPI standards in accordance with the Company's procedures.
- Follow Mexican Customs Law procedures.- Escalate problems to Management when necessary.
- Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and performing the task at hand with outstanding integrity and pride.
- Meets company standards of 52 hours training per year per employee.
- Attend training classes when required.
- Complete mandatory training when required.
