Customs Operation & Solution Executive-Mexico City

The position will the key to secure the new process at customs currently handled by a partner.- Manage the process inside a bonded warehouse, handle operational staff.- Measure and secure capacity to process all volume same day the flight arrives.- Validate process of pediments and payment- Monitoring volume from different airlines to speed up the process.- Deal with different bonded warehouses to control transfers as soon the flight arrives.- Manage sorting process by different lanes and consolidate volume per carrier and other sorting levels.- Supervise productivity of all the staff to fulfill the target of customs clearance.- Administrate different transportation companies to pick up the volume at bonded area.- Good knowledge of customs and current regulations of Ecommerce and Cross border biz- knowledge about how to get the license to import T1Job Requirements- At least 3 years solid management experience in at least one fields of the following list: warehouse management or any other related fields, no matter self-owned mode or 3PL mode.- Work in the headquarter in Mexico Airport and be available to work at new Airport (AIFA), could overcome the jet leg, heavy pressure and busy tempo with the Mexican domestic entrepreneurial team.- Excellent communication and execution skills;- Working experience will be better preferred, inside any bonded warehouse.- Spanish as mother tongue, communicate in English fluently preferred**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
