Customs Specialist

To assure compliance with annex 24 & requirements and other International Trade regulations.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Generate the Bi-monthly report Annex and submit the backflush reports to SATExecute and verify the backflush process in the CUSTOMS SOFTWARE (Customs & inventory recorr Maquiladora)Maintain compliance and report metrics of temporally imported materials.Report anomalies to customs managerCompare inventory on CUSTOMS SOFTWARE against ERP-SAP records.Perform activities to prevent or correct any discrepancies on the data transmitted to the authority.Maintain and updatxed assets databaseMonitorsthe temporality status of raw materials axed assets.Coordinate as required the purging xed asset records.Review monthly official Data Stage records and ensure Customs Software agrees with this informationResponsible to assure compliance with proper HTS codes, invoices and valuesMonthly Kllow upQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree3-5 Importante empresa years in Customs Maquiladora issues and Mexican regulationsComputer Skills (Ms Office).Knowledge and Importante empresa in Customs Law, IMMEX Decree (Annex 24, Annex )Bilingual English/Spanish spoken and| | |
