Customs Specialist

POSITION: CUSTOMS SPECIALIST****Experience**:- IMMEX experience (min 2 years)- Direct and virtual operations experience- Customs clearance operations strong knowledge- Customs procedures and compliance- Knowledge of overdimentioned loads management and rail MOT is a plus**Key Functions**:- Export daily proper documentation creation according to regulations and procedures- US Import Entry review- Audit pedimentos pre and post clearance- Coordination and monitoring export operations with carriers and Customs brokers- Knowledge of Certificates of Origin and Free Trade Agreements- Mantain files integration of Foreing Trade- Mantain and communicate export reports to customers in timely and reliable manner- Prepare weekly expenses reports as of brokerage and freight- Update databases and systems for Annex 24 and ERP- Provide administrative support for internal or external inquiries or audits**Qualifications and**requirement**:- Bachelor's degree in international trade or related- Shiftflexibility (extended and weekends covering )- Lidership- Fluent English, spoken and written- Problem solving Analytical Strong organizational and timming- Advanced excel skills- Ability to handle multiple projects**Location**: El Salto, Jal.**Ofrecemos**:Contrato directoSueldo competitivoPrestaciones superioresServicio de transporte y comedorEstabilidad
