Responsible for the administration, validation, and help desk activity related to the U.S and Canada Used Company Vehicle Purchase Program (aka "Tagging") and Family Legacy Program (FLP) within GM Family First (GMFF).- Process Manual Tag requests, including necessary approvals, finding vehicles, and all required documentation- Reconciliation of tagged vehicles between Company Vehicle Management System (eCVMS) and GMFF system- Maintain the vehicle model availability for the GMFF Tag database- Validate submissions for eligibility into FLP-includes review of applicant documentation and communication with applicants on status and any clarifying questions- Maintain electronic Family Legacy files and perform periodic purge process according to policyCoordinate monthly updates to required systems to ensure available vehicles feed from CVO to Family First, trouble shoot technical issues as neededEscalate issues as needed to GM management - either with Family First or CVO- Handle special sale requests or initiatives as needed- Back-up and/or support other positions within the CVO Policy & Systems**Required Skills and Abilities**:- Undergraduate degree required with emphasis in business or finance- Highly proficient English language skills (oral and written)- Ability to work independently; self-starter- Excellentorganizational skills, efficient and detail oriented- Analytical and decision-making skills- High-level of interpersonal skills - ability to work well with others- **About GM**Our vision is a world with Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions and Zero Congestion and we embrace the responsibility to lead the change that will make our world better, safer and more equitable for all.**Why Join Us**We aspire to be the most inclusive company in the world.
