**Your Role**
To strengthen our Customer Experience team, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated

different eCommerce platforms we managed and internal processes for Mexico, Colombia, Brazil,
USA and Europe.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Collaborating with the customer service team across the globe to ensure seamless support

through various channels.
- Implementing standard operating procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve

inquiries efficiently.
- Assisting customers with platform issues, order cancellations, returns, warranty claims,

product information, invoicing, and other queries.
- Demonstrating strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Working closely with other departments to achieve customer service goals and objectives,

maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions and meetings.

**Your Profile t**o be successful in this role**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in an e-commerce

environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional

languages are a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer

concerns.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding

customer expectations.
- You are able to cover at least one day during weekends in your work schedule and the

night shift
