.Tuesday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm PST**About Anyplace**Anyplace is a brand new and unique offering in the serviced apartment and hospitality industry. Anyplace provides apartments and studios specifically designed for remote working. Work in comfort and style, from a fully equipped home office in one of the four major cities in the United States - San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, and New York.**About the role**We are looking to expand our Customer Experience Team that takes care of our potential and existing customers and improves our customers' Anyplace experience. This role is suitable for someone looking to expand their customer experience career and who is tech-savvy. This is a customer support position and you will help in creating leads and selling the product by providing support to current and prospective customers. A quiet place to work and high-speed internet is required.**What you will do**- Reply to potential customer inquiries and direct potential leads and tour requests- Work with our Customer Experience team primarily as well as liaise with our Marketing and Partnerships team collectively- Work cohesively with the Destination Specialists- Support customers proactively and quickly. Effective prioritization is a must- Manage our rental units on our website/app(s)- Assist customers with new bookings and extensions as well as inquiries and complaint resolution- Manage billing, payment collection, and follow up on delayed payments- Support others working cross-functionally as needed- Help build and improve our support operation- Add and improve the contents of our FAQ page based on customer inquiries and feedback- Suggest improvements to our website based on customer inquiries and feedback- Provide feedback for process improvements or areas of opportunity- Support with other support-related tasks upon request- Assist guests and Destination Specialists with troubleshooting the work station, internet, and other aspects of the apartment as needed**About you**- You have 1-3 years of experience in customer service and sales- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required- You are comfortable working in environments where you don't have specific directions and are able to take initiative and problem-solve quickly- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability- You have demonstrated emotional intelligence and can tailor your message to respond to the prospect's specific circumstances- You are willing to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed
