Customer Experience (CX) is one of Cisco's fastest growing organizations and the CX Portfolio Management & Go-To-Market team is at the forefront of redefining how Cisco's services portfolio delivers recurring value to our customers & partners.
We are simplifying CX, while driving a lifecycle approach with sales and partners, and enabling end-to-end customer adoption.
Our growing team is launching the exciting new role of CX GTM Product Manager for the Digital Lifecycle Selling Experience which is one of the GTM pillars for Cisco Sales.
We are connecting the pre and post sales motions to demonstrate a simplified, automated, and coordinated approach to lifecycle acceleration.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the usage and adoption of this guided journey and for accelerating CX lifecycle priorities throughout the region.
This is an outstanding opportunity to bring together Sales and CX to accelerate growth across the portfolio.
You will gain leader support and buy-in for lifecycle selling, set up local teams for success, and capture practical feedback from the field to develop and improve initiatives.
This will involve:
- Providing White Glove support to field teams from incubation to acceleration and scale
- Identifying champions, document, and share success stories
- Setting up cross functional governance for Sales and CX in the theaters
- Enabling theater working teams
- Institutionalizing performance management metrics across the region
- Interlocking with the Sales GTM, early in process, to ensure the roadmap is understood and field feedback is considered
- Reviewing regional nuances, requirements and ensure they are appropriately incorporated into the future updates for Digital Lifecycle Selling Experience
Who You Are:
- Strategic problem solver who can develop/implement GTM strategies and is skilled at driving continued process improvements
- Ability to work independently as well as using full team and cross functional resources to ensure success for sales both product and services
- A strong grasp of Cisco sales motion and SFDC processes, lifecycle selling metrics, and creative ideas to overcome friction in the process
- Strong appreciation for services and the CX portfolio priorities
- Ability to encourage, guide and influence others
- Capable of working in a dynamic environment and comfortable with figuring things out on-the-fly
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a sales-facing role along with a bachelor's degree.
- Experience in services, product management, delivery, customer success, or sales
- Prior success with sales campaigns, initiatives, and programs
- Understanding of lifecycle selling
